Hidden Pocket Travel Belt

A stretch belt with two hidden pockets, a low-profile plastic buckle, and a side adjuster so the pockets never sit under the buckle. I annotated every revision for the factory: where each pocket starts, how the fabric wraps the buckle, and three closure options (an outside zipper, a top zipper, an inside zip-lock). Two rounds of samples came back, then a third design around a double-sided zipper. Two travel products in one, which was the whole point.
What I asked for
- Two hidden pockets, one either side of the buckle, ~38 x 100 mm each
- Single low-profile buckle, 5.3 mm, push-button release
- Belt-size adjuster moved to the side so it never fights the pockets
